At any stage of the therapeutic process, ERPNext Healthcare enables you to record the vital signs of the patients. The Patient History allows you to view all Vitals data across time.

1. How to Create Vital Signs

To create Vital Signs, go to:

Home > Healthcare > Consultation > Vital Signs

Enter the date and time, then save while choosing the patient. You can record a variety of vital signs, as follows:

For ease of assessment, normal values or ranges are provided. Also provided is an automated BMI calculator.

With the Create > Vital Signs button, you can also construct and record a patient's vitals from their patient appointment, patient encounter, or patient master records.
