Complaint and Diagnosis

ERPNext Healthcare enables you to preserve every Complaint / Diagnose data you enter as a Master, from the Patient Encounter screen itself, to simplify data entry while recording the Patient Encounter. The database will continue to compile a list of all the complaints and diagnoses you entered in this way. To improve analytics and reporting, this is done.

By heading here, you can manually setup the masters as well.

Then, under the Patient Encounter Screen, choose Complaints and Diagnosis:
