RazorPay Integration

A payment gateway is an electronic commerce application service provider that authorizes credit card payments for online shops, brick-and-mortar stores, brick-and-click stores, and other types of e-businesses.

An information exchange between a payment portal (such as a website, mobile app, or interactive voice response service) and the front end processor or acquiring bank is facilitated by a payment gateway.

To configure RazorPay,

Explore > Integrations > RazorPay Settings

Setup RazorPay You must configure parameters like API Key and API Secret in order to enable the RazorPay payment service.

When a service is enabled, the system automatically creates a Payment Gateway record and an Account head with a Bank account type in the Chart of Accounts.

Moreover, a Payment Gateway Account entry will be created. You can set the account head from an existing COA and the default Payment Request email body template using the Payment Gateway Account, which serves as the configuration hub.

Your system can now take online payments after service activation and Payment Gateway Account configuration.

Supporting transaction currencies Only businesses using INR (Indian Rupee) as their currency can use RazorPay.
