To determine how the general public feels about a product being marketed, feedback is crucial. By including reviews and ratings to the website item's page, you may gauge the effectiveness of your product. Go to: to enable this.

E Commerce Settings > Add-ons > Enable Reviews and Ratings

Following completion of this, a space for reviews of each website item will be added to its page.

Who can leave reviews?

The Leave a Review button will only be shown to users who are also system customers. To be able to add reviews, these individuals must also have the Customer Role.

A summary is shown along with an automatic calculation of the average reviews.
