ERPNext automatically logs all sales and payment transactions in a chained log in accordance with the most recent financial law that applies to POS software.

The deletion of sales and payment transactions will also not be possible if your country is set to "France," even if the user has the necessary rights.

Please take note that the 2016 Finance Legislation is not yet entirely compliant with ERPNext.

Chained log Report The "Transaction Log Report" report can be used to confirm that the logged chain has not been broken.

The chain has not been broken if the column "Chain Integrity" has the state "True". That implies that you can review the complete series of events that took place in your system.

If "False" is the status for the "Chain Integrity" column, then there is a discrepancy in the chain. The prior row in this instance has been deleted or changed in the database. That is most likely the result of dishonest activity.
