It is a gathering of people with a specific objective or agenda, especially for a formal discussion of quality-related topics.
Reviewing the generated Quality Reviews takes place at Quality Meetings. The debate on the various Quality Reviews would be included in the minutes (summary) of these meetings.

1. How to Create a Quality Meeting
Click on New under the Quality Meeting list.
an agenda, please. It is a schedule of the business that will be discussed at the meeting.
In the Minutes table, type:
Choose between the Quality Review, Quality Action, or Quality Feedback document types.
Review: Decide which Quality Review, Action, or Feedback should be talked about.
Minute: Records of the Review that are either written or recorded.
