Employee Promotion
A procedure known as promotion or career development allows an employee to receive a greater number of responsibilities, a better pay scale, or both.
You can use this document in ERPNext to manage Employee Promotion and all of its connected activities.

1. Prerequisites
The following documentation should be made before you make an employee promotion:
- Employee
- Department
2. How to create an Employee Promotion
1.Then select New under Employee Promotion.
2.Decide on the Employee.
3.Type the promotion date in.
4.Set the Current and New values for the Property in the Employee Promotion Detail table.

You may submit a promotion paperwork before or after the promotion date. After submission, the Employee will receive all updates made to the Promotion Details table. The Employment History table in the Employee document in ERPNext also contains a record of all promotions that the Employee has received.
