Every educational institution needs to have a clear assessment process in place to gauge how well students are doing academically over time. ERPNext makes it very simple to map and manage your institute's entire assessment workflow.

The masters in the Assessment module should be put up in the following order.

1. Assessment Criteria
2. Assessment Group
3. Grading Scale

Once the Student Group and Courses have also been established, you can schedule an assessment or test by creating an assessment plan.

You can construct an evaluation result for a student based on how well they did on the test. With the Assessment Result Tool, you can generate assessment results in bulk. All of the students (for Student Group) will be fetched in this tool when the Assessment Plan option is selected. Each student's score for each of the assessment criteria can be rapidly entered in a single row.
