Several healthcare facilities prescribe therapy plans as packages using therapy plan templates. In certain situations, the number of sessions to be held and the overall cost are fixed. The Treatment Plan generated using the Therapy Plan Template will be billed for the entire package rather than for individual sessions.

1. How to Create a Therapy Plan Template

1. Click on New under the Treatment Plan Template list.
2. Type the Plan Name here.
3. For billing purposes, a separate item will be made for the Treatment Plan Template as a whole. It is possible to specify information about the linked item in the linked item details section, including the object's code, name, group, and description. The associated item will automatically be updated when the item-related fields are updated.
4. Choose the therapy types that the template covers in the Therapy Types section. The Treatment Type document is used to retrieve their rate.
5. Enter the number of sessions needed for each type of therapy. The sum of the number of sessions and the rate is used to compute the amount. The linked item's item price is produced and modified in accordance with this.
6. The fields for Total Sessions and Total Amount have been calculated and set, correspondingly.
7. Save.
