The procurement tracker enables users to keep tabs on the acquisition of commodities. It gives details about the user making the purchase request, the warehouse from which it came, and the quantity of the commodity. Together with the date the commodities were acquired, it also compares the expected cost of the products at the time of requisition with the actual cost of obtaining them. As a result, the management of assessing, ordering, delivery, and invoicing for the commodities included in the procurement process is ensured.
