Manufacturing Reports

The Manufacturing module includes a number of reports that may be used to track Work Order progress, production analytics, BOM data, etc.

You can set a chart to display a visual representation in each of these reports. Click the Set Chart button to get started.

You can access these reports from:

Home > Manufacturing > Reports

Open Work Orders

displays the open work orders whose production has not yet begun.

Work in Progress Report

Any work orders that have begun and are currently in process are shown in this report. These work orders have a "In Progress" status.

Issued Items Against Work Order

These are the items that are assigned to a work order and moved to the work-in-progress warehouse.

Completed Work Orders In this report, completed Work Orders with all manufactured quantities are displayed.

Production Analytics

The overall analytics of all Work Orders are displayed in this report. t.

BOM Search

You can access this report and conduct a search for particular BOMs depending on the raw materials that were utilized in them. helpful if you have a large number of BOMs.

BOM Stock Report The amount of raw materials in the warehouses will be displayed when a BOM is selected in this report. As you can see, items with inadequate quantity are highlighted in red, while those with sufficient number to produce the BOM Item are highlighted in green.
