Difference Between System User and Website User
Question: My employee has been added as a User, and I've given them Roles as well. They are still unable to view the Dashboard upon logging in.

In Geer ERP, there are two types of users.
User of the system: They work for your company. Account User, Sales Manager, Purchase User, Support Team, and other examples of roles granted to system users.
User of the website: They are third parties (such as customers and suppliers) of your business.
Customer and Supplier user roles on a website are examples.
How can I tell if a role is for website users or system users?
If the box next to "Desk Access" in the role master is checked, the role is for a system user. The Desk Access field is for Website User if it is not checked
