Quality Feedback

A customer's expression of happiness or dissatisfaction with the goods or services you provide is known as quality feedback.

Several fields in Quality Feedback allow you to rate certain parameters. By choosing their template to rate on many aspects and to provide qualitative feedback on these parameters, the Customer/User can easily provide their input.

A Quality Feedback Template can also be used to retrieve the parameters. You can choose from the default information that the templates keep in the Quality Feedback.

If the Feedback is not what was anticipated, a Quality Action may be started based on how significant the Feedback is.

1. How to create a Quality Feedback

  1. Click on New under the Quality Feedback list.

  2. Choose whether the user or customer provided the feedback (ERPNext account User).

  3. Choose the specific user or customer.

  4. The settings for the quality feedback are automatically filled in when a quality feedback template is chosen.

  5. The date will be set to the current date by default.

  6. The columns in the Parameters table are as follows:

  • There are a number of predefined parameters in the quality feedback template that you construct.

  • Rating: A scale of 1 to 5 for a parameter.

  • Feedback based on the provided Rating.
