You can create various donor profiles for the donor using the doctype for donors.

A fundamental component of donor and contribution management is the concept of donor types. For each sort of donation that an organization typically offers, a donor type is established. For instance, a company might specify three different sorts of donations for "regular," "Organization," and "honorary" donors.
