The user will learn about the available completed goods as well as the raw materials that are needed for the production process using this report. The red hue will be used to highlight the finished product or raw components that are not available.
According to the sorting in this report, the system will assign the available stock to the order. Orders will be sorted using the Order By filter based on the Delivery Date and Order Amount.
Bob, for instance, is employed by the furniture manufacturing business. They use make-to-order manufacturing planning in their company. Bob got the sales orders for the tables and chairs from several clients on Monday. Then Bob reviewed the production planning report to see if the raw materials were still accessible, and he discovered that the raw materials could be used to make either a table or a chair. Bob determined which Completed Good order's delivery date is earlier by using the "based on" criteria. As soon as he realized he needed to produce the table quicker than expected, he got to work on it, and his colleague generated the buy order for the raw materials needed to build the chairs.
When the raw materials are available at the appropriate warehouse, this report uses the Production Planning Report to automatically allocate them to the order.
