Datev Settings

Each Organization must have DATEV Settings in order to use the DATEV Export. The following fields are present:

  • Organization to whom these parameters ought to be applied.

  • Length of the account number. your GL Account numbers' length. The length of your typical account numbers is as follows. There might be more personal accounts.

  • Customer ID. This is the tax advisor's client number for your business.

  • Consultant ID. This is the DATEV-assigned identification for your tax advisor.

  • Consultant. a connection to the Supplier record for your tax advisor.

  • Against Account Number, temporary. To DATEV, all of your GL entries will appear to have been done on this account. The two accounting systems' disparities must be resolved.
