Answer: You can choose who each employee reports to in the employee master for each employee. The Employee hierarchy is also constructed based on the Reports To defined.

According to this arrangement, when an expense claim is created by a user who reports to Kenneth, Kenneth will also have access to it.

Please make sure that the employees that report to seniors have their Employee IDs modified to reflect this. After that, the manager ought to have access to the expense claims and other paperwork (such as leave applications, appraisals, etc.) created for his or her subordinates.
