Buying Reports
Various reports made available in the buying modules can be used to evaluate and visualize data pertaining to purchases made by a company. Each report typically consists of three sections: data, a chart, and a filter toolbar. The chart updates immediately in response to adjustments to the filters and choices.
Purchase Analytics
To access the report, go to:
Home > Buying > Key Reports > Purchase Analytics
The Purchase Analytics report allows for the analysis of purchase-related data for the supplier, supplier groups, goods, and item group over a specified time frame and frequency.
Purchase Order Analysis
To access the report, go to:
Home > Buying > Key Reports > Purchase Order Analysis
This report is useful for examining the goods and their billing status over the course of a purchase order.
Supplier-Wise Sales Analytics
To access the report, go to:
Home > Buying > Key Reports > Sales-Wise Sales Analytics
This report offers in-depth information on various products that were bought from suppliers.
Items to Order and Receive
To access the report, go to:

This report illustrates and displays data for the generated purchase requests.
Purchase Order Trends
To access the report, go to:

The trends for purchase orders for a specific fiscal year can be seen through this report. On the basis of Suppliers, Supplier Groups, Items, Item Groups, and Projects, the trend can be categorized.
Procurement Tracker
To access the report, go to:

This report provides a wealth of information on purchases, such as material requests and purchase orders made specifically for the items.
