Leads come from many different sources. All leads must be logged, then distributed to sales representatives for follow-up.

An email address like "sales@yourcompany.com" may be listed on your site. The recipients of these emails may be inquiring about your goods and services. To convert each of these emails into a potential customer, you can use the Email Account feature.

2. Create Leads From Webforms

The Lead form can be converted into a Web Form and made public on the website. A Lead is created when a visitor fills out the form on your website.

3. Create Leads From Incomplete Orders in E-Commerce Module

Launch an online storefront where customers can buy your wares. Someone who starts an order but doesn't finish it is still a potential lead who can be contacted.

4. Create Leads By Importing Spreadsheet

Data Import allows you to import leads from a spreadsheet containing information about them.
