Add/Remove Fields from Print Format
To better understand, let's have a look at a sample Purchase Order that includes the following columns in the Print Format. I want to add "Supplier's Contact Name" under Supplier Name and get rid of the "Weight Per Unit" column from the Items table.
Step 1: Click the Menu (...) button in the Print View of the document you want to alter the Print Format of. Customize
Step 2: Use the field's name to search for it and then add it to the desired location.
Using the same drag-and-drop technique, you can also remove the fields.
Step 3: Adding or removing fields from the document's child table Find the table, choose the desired columns, and then check or uncheck them.
