For all users to synchronize their Google Calendar Events with ERPNext, ERPNext offers a connection with Google Calendar.

How to set up Google Calendar Integration

You must provide ERPNext permission to access Google's Calendar Events data in order to enable synchronization with Google Calendar. The following steps are used to set up Google Calendar Integration:

  • OAuth 2.0 credentials can be created through Google Settings.

  • Click New in the Google Calendar list. Save it after entering the Calendar Name and the User for whom you wish to sync.

  • You can choose from the options below based on the data you wish to sync. Pull from Google Calendar - ERPNext is updated with all events from Google Calendar.

  • All events from ERPNext are synced to Google Calendar using the "Push to Google Calendar" function.

  • To permit ERPNext to access Google's Calendar Events data, select Authorize Calendar Access.

  • After receiving authorization, you can manually sync Google Calendar events or allow ERPNext automatically sync Google Contacts every day.

How to use Google Calendar Integration

Creating an Event in ERPNext * If Push to Google Calendar is selected when Google Calendar Integration is successful, all events generated in ERPNext will be synced.
