You can make student groups in bulk using the student group creation tool.

1. How to use the Student Group Creation Tool
Choose the program and academic term for which a student group will be formed.
Choose the program for which the student group is being created.
By default, only the courses are used to build the student group. You can create various batch-based student groups for each course by selecting the checkbox for Distinct course based Group for every Batch.
Choose "Get" Obtain Courses: This page will list all of the courses offered by the specified Program. From the list of already uploaded courses, you can select and remove them. More programs on this list of courses are also available for selection and addition.
Go to Create Students Groups and click. There will be several student groups created, one for each course and batch.
