Based on their distinct traits, loans can be divided into many sorts.
The Loan Type doctype in ERPNext allows you to specify several Loan Types, their Rate of Interest, and other pertinent data.

1. How to create a Loan Type
Click on Loan Type.
Type the Loan Name here.
Enter the annual percentage rate of interest.
5.The maximum loan amount and a description of the loan type are optional.
