Fiscal Year Creation

Every year, after the conclusion of the current fiscal year, a new fiscal year shall be established. In ERPNext, the process of creating a new fiscal year before it starts is automated.

The system checks to see if a new fiscal year for the following year has already been created three days before the current fiscal year comes to an end. If not, the system establishes a new fiscal year automatically.
