Employment Type
There are various categories you can hire workers under, and each has its own pay scale and leave policies. The term "employment kind" refers to this.
You can choose an employment type from a pre-defined list in ERPNext, or you can even develop a new employment type based on your needs.

1. How to create an Employment Type
Click New under the Job Type list.
Name of Employment Type: Type it in here.

The Employment Type and the Employee master might be connected.
