Translations

ERPNext is available in more than 80 languages most of which has been contributed by ERPNext community.

1. How to contribute translations?

  1. Click the amazing bar to access the Translations Tool.
  2. Decide which language you want to use.
  3. Click any source message from left sidebar for which you wish to add translation.
  4. Type your suggested translation in the Translated Text section and click Suggest.
  5. You can add another translation by selecting a different source text from the left sidebar.
  6. After finishing all of the translations, select the Submit Translations button.
  7. By selecting the source text in the Contributed Translations area, you may see the status of your work.

2. Status of the Contributed Translation

Your translation will be placed in a queue for review after you submit it. If the contributed translation is accurate, a member of the Frappe team or community will validate it and designate the status as Verified. The member of the Frappe team or community will reject the contributed translation if it is inaccurate.

A Pull Request including all the validated translations that were contributed is produced by the translation server once a week.

3. Become a Verifier for Translations

Join translate.erpnext.com if you want to validate the translations made by other community members. Contributions may be accepted or rejected by the verifiers.
