You can keep track of each session held with the patient in the Treatment Session DocType with the aid of ERPNext. It is not required to schedule an appointment for a therapy session. By keeping track of the Targeted Counts, Counts Finished, and the Help Level necessary for the Patient to complete each Workout, it helps you map the Patient's progress.

To create a Therapy Session, go to:

1. How to Create a Therapy Session

1.1 Create a Therapy Session document

  1. Click on New in the Treatment Session list.

  2. Choose Name Series.

  3. Choose the Patient Appointment if one has been scheduled for the session. The rest of the information will be fetched automatically.

  4. Choose the Patient if no appointments have been scheduled.

  5. Choose the patient's therapy plan and the therapy type. The Healthcare Service Unit, Rate, Duration Medical Department, and all Exercises from the template will all be immediately fetched as soon as you choose the Treatment Type.

  6. Choose the therapist from the list of healthcare practitioners if a therapist is leading the session.

  7. A Start Date and Time are choices.

  8. Save.

  9. Once an activity has been finished, you can choose the Level of Help needed for that exercise and raise the number of Counts Done. The document's dashboard displays the count indications. Orange denotes unmet objectives, whereas green denotes completion.

  10. You can submit the paper once you've documented the full session along with the counts. The number of sessions will then be update

1.2 Create Therapy Session from Patient Appointment

To construct a session from a patient appointment, choose Create > Therapy Session after scheduling an appointment for that therapy type.

2. Features

2.1 Invoicing Therapy Sessions

Treatment Sessions Invoice Information:

  1. An additional Sales Invoice can be made.

  2. Choosing the Patient.

  3. Choose Healthcare Services from the Obtain Items From menu.

  4. You may see all of that patient's unbilled sessions in the dialog. Following item selection, the session prices will be automatically retrieved from the Treatment Type template.

  5. The "Items" child table can also have manual additions of goods for billing.

  6. Publish and save.
