Customize tables within your Print Format Builder

By browsing as indicated below, you can change how the "Items" column appears in your print format builder:

By selecting "Customize" under the "Settings" tab, you can create your own customized print format.
The new customized Print format you are making should have a pertinent name.
You can select columns by clicking the button labeled "Select columns" in the "Items (Table)" section once you have entered the New Print Format.

When you open the table, you will see a list of the columns that are included in your print format's default layout as shown below:

Your chosen selections will be displayed in print format.

Choose the columns in the table you are building for your customized print format that you wish to preserve. The Width and their arrangement can be changed to suit your needs.

Once you've decided the columns you want to include in your print format, click "Update" and then "Save" the changes you've made.

Then choose the newly generated Print Format after refreshing your screen. It is the "Purchase Receipt" in this instance.

Simply click on one of the Print format Templates to discover how the one you just produced differs from the Standard Print Format.
