Delivery from Sales Invoice

You can generate a delivery from within the Sales Invoice itself if the invoicing and delivery of your goods are occurring simultaneously. Just before the item table on the sales invoice is a field named Update Stock. If this box is ticked, the item's stock will be taken from the chosen warehouse when the sales invoice is submitted.

Sales Invoice Item will display pertinent details like Warehouse, Serial No., Batch No., and Item Valuation upon clicking Update Stock.

Stock ledger posting will occur simultaneously with general ledger posting upon receipt of a sales invoice.
