Remove Description in Print Format

Question: Since it takes up too much space, I want to delete the description from my print format:

Yet, I also lose my Item Code and Name when I use the print format builder to achieve this. How do I repair this?

The Compact Item Print option in the Print Options is activated, which is why this is the case.
