There isn't a specific pharmacy module in ERPNext Healthcare. The Stock, Purchasing, and Accounts Module of ERPNext, on the other hand, will take care of everything required to efficiently manage your pharmacy stock as well as other supplies, their billing, and purchases.

You might also think about giving each Pharmacy user their own set of POS Profiles. It will be worthwhile to look at the features of the ERPNext Stock module, such as Products with Reorder Levels and Auto Reordering, Batch Number and Expiry Dates, etc.

You can efficiently configure medications thanks to the addition of a few custom fields by ERPNext Healthcare to the Item document. For information on setting up default Items, Accounts, etc., see Healthcare Settings.

Keep in mind that only if the Healthcare domain is configured in your setup are these fields made available.

Additionally, all three modules offer thorough reporting, and you can set up auto email so that you receive reports by email automatically.
