Filter Options in Select Field

Take the example of two drop-down fields with the names State and City. The two values of state Bangalore, Mysore, Mumbai, and Pune are the four values of Karnataka and Maharashtra. You can create a custom script as shown below if you want to filter options in City based on the State value that was selected.
