Manufacturing Dashboard

To access the Manufacturing Dashboard, go to:

Home > Customization > Dashboard > Manufacturing

Number Cards

  1. Monthly Total Work Order: You will be given the total number of open, in-progress, and completed work orders. The number card will show the Work Orders that were created one month prior to the current date.
  2. Monthly Completed Work Order : The total number of Work Orders in the Finished stage will be sent to the user. The number card will show the Work Orders that were created one month prior to the current date.
  3. Ongoing Job Card : The total number of Job Cards that are not Finished will be returned to the user.
  4. Monthly Quality Inspection : The total number of Quality Inspection records that are in the Submitted state will be sent to the user. The number card will show the Work Orders that were created one month prior to the current date.

Dashboard When you open the Manufacturing module, a few predefined graph reports are displayed in the dashboard. The metrics on which the reports are displayed can also be configured, and you can choose what to show or hide in these reports.

Produced Quantity The graph will provide data on the overall quantity produced throughout the course of the previous year utilizing Work Order on a quarterly basis. Users have the option of viewing the chart data on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

Completed Operation The graph will provide data on the total number of operations finished over the previous year on a quarterly basis. Users have the option of viewing the chart data on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

Work Order Analysis This graph will show the amount of work orders according to their Not Started, In Progress, Stopped, and Finished states. Based on the Work Order data from the previous year, this Donut chart will present the information. By selecting the Filter button, you can also alter the date range.

Quality Inspection Analysis Based on the number of Approved and Denied Quality Inspections, this graph will provide information. The information will be presented in the form of a donut chart and will be based on quality inspection data from the previous year. By selecting the Filter button, you can modify the date range.

Pending Work Orders Based on the aging days, the graph will indicate how many Work Orders are still open. Based on the difference between the current date and planned start / actual start date days, the number of aging days is determined.

Last Month Downtime Analysis The graph will show how many total minutes a machine was down over the course of the previous month. This enables the operator to identify the machine that has underperformed and needs maintenance.

Work Order Quantity Analysis Based on the Work Orders for each month throughout the previous year, the chart will show the total number of quantities that are Pending and Finished.

Job Card Analysis The graph shows the total number of Job Cards that have been in the Pending and Finished states over the course of the past 12 months.
