Amending Sales Order after Submit

Rate and Qty in Sales Order can now be amended after Submit using the Update Items button.

Click the Update Items button to update the rate and quantity in a submitted sales order. To allow you to make the modification, a dialog box will appear.

Please take note of the following use cases and validations:

If a Sales Order has a Delivery Note and a Sales Invoice, Update Features verifies this.
With both a Partial Delivery Notice and an undelivered Sales Order, the quantity can be modified. It is not possible to edit a sales order that has completed delivery notes.
Uninvoiced and partially-invoiced Sales Orders can have their rates adjusted. It is not possible to change a sales order that has a submitted sales invoice.
